Home Health/Hospice RN
Required Skills/Experience: Chronic Disease Management, Patient/Family Education, NPWT, Ostomy Care, Central Line Care, IV Administration, Complex Wound Care. Hospice Experience: Pain & symptom management, end-of-life care, empathy, compassion.
Required Credentials:
- Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
- References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday thru Friday, 8-4:30 (end time may vary).
- Weekend Requirements: Weekends only required during on call shift.
- Holiday Requirements: Must be available to work at least 1 major holiday & 1 minor holiday.
- Call or standby requirement: 1 on call week/weekend every 6 weeks (on call days do not have to be consecutive).
Floating Requirements: No floating, but YES will do both home health & hospice visits.
