Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Infusion Center experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Home Infusion - Required
Required Skills / Experience: Prior home infusion experience, home care experience, highly proficient with IV placements, infusion therapies, and comfortable managing patients independently in the field.
Preferred Skills / Experience: Experience with remote client documentation and or Epic
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday
Weekend on-call shifts (1 full weekend (Friday 5pm- 8:30am Monday morning every 7-8 weeks)
