Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
Patient Ratios: 9-12 patients per day (45 min treatments, 1 ¼ hour evaluations).
Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Child, Students, Adult and Geriatric.
Must Have Skills/Experience: patient experience oriented, with strong knowledge of orthopedic conditions
Preferred Skillset/Experience: 2-3 years’ experience.
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: orthopedic: all ages including collegiate athletes, vestibular, neurological, generalized weakness.
Required Education: bachelors required, doctorate preferred
Dress Code: Any unacceptable attire: Business casual (such as dress pants, dress, skirts, polo shirt, dress shirt).
Busy Outpatient Clinic with a large population of Collegiate athletes.
Would prefer at least 1 year experience in an outpatient clinic.
