All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Weekend Requirement: Every other *Call only
On Call Requirement: About 5-6 shifts every 2 weeks. 30 min response time.
Block schedule: Per manager's discretion
Needs to have previous Cath Lab experience
Previous Charge Experience and teaching Hospital Experience preferred.
LA fire card within the last 30 days is required.

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Must disclose license/BG hits up front at time of submission. No open license hits will be approved.

Providence requires 2 Supervisory References covering 1 year within last 3 years (6 months for CNAs) during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs / Leads
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
