Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

CCC-SLP (Required)

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Swallowing bed evaluations

Preferred Skills / Experience: Video fluoroscopy experience

Required Credential: Completion of clinical fellowship year

Special Requests: If declining flu vaccination- must complete on facility specific form.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks from the job's listed start date.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation, as scheduled

On-Call: No

Floating Requirements: SLP will be expected to cover acute/rehab/OP as scheduled

Areas of care include inpatient hospital, acute rehab and outpatient clinic
