Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Coverage area :Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Westwood, West LA, Bel Air, Beverly Glen - May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address

RN productivity expectation for 40 hrs. = 28 - 32 points/wk.

Must have recent HH exp 2023-24

Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.

Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator
