Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Vascular Access Team experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Additional Details:

Vascular Access Device

Required Skills/Experience: PICC, Midline, peripheral, and ultrasound guided IV’s.

Preferred Credentials: PICC and Midline Certification

Special Requests: Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends and On Call: Ideally 4 to 5 days/week and flexible on the days.

Floating Requirements: Floating Areas: ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Step-down/PCU, I/R.
