Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

NRP (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

References must be from the 2 different places of employment within the past 3 years.

Required skills and experience: RN will attend C-sections as needed and will be responsible for mom.

Required credentials: Driver's License or government issued ID

Shift & schedule requirements: Self scheduling (rotational basis) with scheduling committee reviews and approves. Will work every third weekend.

Floating requirements: RN will float to Patient Care Unit (Med Surg) when they do not have patients in OB department.

Special request requirements: Alliance, NE does not have Uber or Lyft services and traveler will need their own reliable transportation for the assignment.
