Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Outpatient PT - Required

Candidate may be selected to work in Bristol, Plainville of New Britain area

New grads Accepted as long as they have outpatient orthopedic experience and are licensed and can function independently

Previous outpatient orthopedic experience - Preferred

Shift Information:

Shifts include 7am-3:30pm (3/week) and 10:30am-7pm (2/week)
