Requirements

Experience

12 months of acute care experience within the past 3 years.

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Occupational Therapy experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Required Skills / Experience: Experience with inpatient

Experience with SNF

Special Requests: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday

No Call or Weekends

Occasionally may be the only Occupational Therapist at a location in LTC – phone support is available at all times.

Floating Requirements: Position is primarily in the LTC with occasional float to the IP

Coverage support for SNF facilities at Neilson Place and Blackduck MN providing coverage to facility residents requiring skilled therapy services
