Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
10 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
Experience with CPSI is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license

Physical Therapist Outpatient
Shift & Scheduling: Varied / Rotating
Unit Details: This role may also provide direct patient care in the evaluation and treatment of: inpatients, which includes patient in the ER, in acute care and also those going home from PACU. Potentially participates in the weekend holiday inpatient rotation.
