Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Block Schedules: No

Fast paced outpt Rehab/sports medicine clinic.

4x10 days Mon-Thurs or 5x8 (start times can vary, 2 shifts must end at 7p)

Looking for general rehab: Musculoskeletal injuries, ortho post ops, frequent falls

Clinician-to-Patients are 1:1

Evals are 60 min

Generally follow ups are 30 min

Progress notes are always 1:1 with PT

1 PTA who "shares" patients

Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

UMass requires a 3rd party education verification for ALL travelers regardless of profession, please let your travelers know to provide the necessary information that the Background check team may need. There will be no exceptions on this requirement and it may cause pushed/delayed starts if not attended to in a prompt manner
