Requirements

Experience

60 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Emergency Department experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license

Charge Nurse

Please note this position will primarily function as Charge Nurse covering ER and hospital

Guaranteed Hours: 36

1800-0630

Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

At least one year of nursing experience in medical/surgical, emergency room or specialty clinical area preferred.

Requires use of respiratory protection requiring fit testing and possibly medical clearance to wear a respirator.

Other certifications as may be required by specialty area.
