Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 4 years.

Experience with PointClickCare is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license

Additional Details:

LTC/SNF LPN

Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

1 year of experience must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Types of Patients on Unit: Elder population which includes dementia. We do run a behavioral program here as well so we have just a handful of schizophrenia, bipolar, paranoia. Most you would not know have schizophrenia as their medication treatment plan works well for them.

Shift & Scheduling:

12 hour block scheduling.
Weekend Requirement: Every other
Holidays: If falls within your block schedule while on contract
