Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience.
BSN completion preferred
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: -Cardiac Telemetry Care experience. -Working with diverse patient population including MI, CHF, COPD, strokes, stable arrhythmias, and any other patient needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment. / -Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of a minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: Associate’s degree in nursing / current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). / American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent. -AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers or an AHA approved equivalent is required.
