Guaranteed Hours 36

Self-scheduling but not finalized until the manager balances it. Schedules are for 4 weeks. Block scheduling is not guaranteed.

Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule - Weekends are Fri/Sat for nights

Holidays 1 major & 1 minor

Floating could happen between the 2 facilities to the ER. If floated prior to shift, would get a 2 hour notice prior start. Mid-shift floating could happen. The facilities are only 6.5 miles apart. First to float.

Beds 21 (Fast track staffed with midlevel's & LVNs)

Ratios 1 to 4 unless ICU patient would be 1 to 2

Common diagnosis / Types of patient’s - Typical ER patients. Some days they have MedSurg Tele holds in the ER. ER Nurses will be expected to take these patients.

Scrub Color Navy blue. If you wear a scrub jacket it also must be navy. If you wear an undershirt underneath your scrub top it must be navy, white, or black.
