Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Minimum Experience: 2 Years Medical Surgical Rehab experience - OR - nurses with M/S background.

Experience required in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC)

Primary Cases; Stroke, Trauma, Debility, amputation, Cardiac

Inpatient Rehab Patient Ratio 1/4-1/6 PM 1/8 Nights
