Required Skills/Experience: Able to do labors, deliveries, and postpartum, would be amazing if had NICU experience too.
Required Credentials: RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated
Types of Patients on Unit: Level 1 maternal care. Low risk births, have the occasional mag and GDM patients.
Unit Details: Ratios: 1:3 mom babe couplets, 1:1 labors for the most part depending on the case
Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
