Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience within the past 3 years.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills and Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. 90% OP, with some Acute responsibilities adult & peds outpatient background required.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Basic splinting skills would be beneficial for our hand patients.

Required Credentials: Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Mon-Fri, no weekends, EOH. Call: May need to be on call for acute strokes on a holiday- acute care and AM only. Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks. Provider must arrive at Facility within 30 minutes of receiving call. The minimum call-back period is two (2) hours.
