In the interest of expediting your submission, please list the specialties/unit in which you've worked in and all applicable instrumental/tray processing fields you have experience with (Example: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Ortho, etc.) on your work history.

Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Preferred certifications can also include CIS and CHL but would not exclude CRCST and CER.

Must have 1 year experience in a level 1 academic medical center with 20 or more ORs

Must have Service Line experience

Specialty required and must be noted in the work history

Competent in Decontamination, Prep and Pack, Steam sterilization, Low temperature sterilization and endoscope

Recent case pick and sterilization experience

Sterile Instrument Reprocessing and GI Endoscope Reprocessing

Service Lines: Robotics, General, Cardiac, Perivacular, Cardiovascular, Ears, Nose, Throat, Eyes, Laparoscopic, Ortho, Ortho-Spine, Neuro, Dental, Loaners (Implants), Plastics, Urology, Endo; Flexible scope (high level disinfection experience)

HCP is familiar with Olympus Scopes and Washer

HCP is familiar with loaner trays

HCP rates self as experienced with DaVinci Robot Xi

HCP is familiar with hand washing delicate items Time HCP takes to process

Monday to Sunday

Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday

Public Transportation is not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.

Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
