Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience with 1 months within the past 6 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years total with 1 year behavioral health + 1 year acute or long term care.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Rotation: typically every other with Sat-Sun considered weekend for Days and Fri-Sat considered weekend for Nights.

Floating Requirements: Adult Psych or TG Adolescent Psych.
