Requirements
Experience
36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 22 months of Nurse Management experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: The Nurse Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and evaluating patient care operations for a designated area on a 24-hour basis.
