Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Eligibility as Previous/Current Employee: If you are working Per Diem at a Kindred facility you need to wait 6 months after your last shift to apply as a traveler. If you are a Full Time Employee with a Kindred facility you need to wait 12 months to apply as a traveler.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be comfortable in the acute rehab setting. Will be performing ADL’s for patients with various diagnoses and various levels of function.

Required Credentials: Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors in OT

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Hours: Yes

• Call Requirements: They will have one Saturday where they will have to work and swap a day off during the week.
