Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
Required Skills/Experience: Adult Echo, 2-D Echo, Bubble Study, Color Doppler, Imaging with Contrast Agents, M-Mode, Routine, Calculations: Diastology, LV Strain/LV Volume, Simpson’s Rule
Preferred Skills/Experience: Pharmacologic Stress Echo, Treadmill Stress Echo, Equipment: Philips
Required Credentials:
- References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
