Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Transitional Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

ADN completion required

12 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Cardiac Telemetry/Step Down - Required

Required Skills / Experience: Must have 1 year strong cardiac experience (Cardiac SDU/Intermediate Cardiac/Cardiac ICU), and 2 years IMC/PCU/Tele experience

Candidates cannot move forward in the interview process without experience without Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Nitro Drips

Required Credentials: Must be able to pass EKG test 1st week of hire

Education: Associate's Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements:** Every Other

Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours

Holiday Rotation

Floating Requirements: Float to all inpatient units as needed; Specialty Float: ICU, MS, MS/Tele, IMC
