Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

ASN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Neurosurgical ICU Experience - Preferred

No Block Scheduling requests

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

No On-Call Requirement.

Float Requirement: Yes - MICU, SICU, CVICU

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2+ recent years of Critical Care experience required.

Highly prefer experience caring for neurosurgical patients, vent management and EVD.

Preferred Education: BSN

Required Certifications & Licensure:

-Telemetry.

-CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.
