Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Step Down Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
ADN completion required
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Medical Step-Down
No On-Call Required
Must have ICU experience.
Every 3rd weekend 1 summer holiday Floating as needed.
At least of 1 year Intermediate Care/step-down experience as a Registered Nurse.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
