12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have: Relevant and recent PT experience. Excellent Electronic Record Navigation Skills. Willing to Supervise PTA. Minimum 1 Year Clinic Experience. Strong Orthopedic Skills. Inpatient/Acute Care Experience.. Outpatient Experience. Cedaron/APTA Connect and Meditech EMR Experience.

Required Skills/Experience: Master of Science in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Credentials: Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds in Unit: Variable - CAH with up to 25 Bed Capacity. Generally Less than 5. Outpatient Care 80%. Inpatient 30% - consists acute care and swing bed.

Shift & Scheduling: 13-week assignment, or longer. Mon-Thurs 4x10s. Every other Week. Mon-Fri 4x9s and 1x4 Every other Week.

Floating Requirements: Required to Float between Outpatient and Inpatient.
