Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.

Shift & Scheduling: Mixed 8 and 12 hour shifts - 0730-4, 8-430, 830-5, 830-9pm 10-630pm on call 630 to 9pm;

Weekend/Call Requirements: On call max 1-2 nights per 6 week schedule for a total of max 8 on call shifts in 6 week period; 24 hours of weekend call in a 6 week schedule

Holiday/Call Requirements: as needed during contract; 30 mins call response time

Unit Details: # of beds: 15; Phase 1 and Phase 2?: Both, yes

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to recover pediatric patients, Must be willing to second phase patients out of OR

Preferred Skills/Experience: 3 or more years of experience

Floating Requirements: Will float to inpatient units as helping hands or be a sitter, phase 2 comfort

Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
