Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

NRP (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd Weekend

On Call Requirements: No On Call

Newborn Population Experience - Required

Level III NICU Experience - Required

All RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal, NMH may not honor RTO requests after submittal

Dress Code: Hospital-Provided Scrubs

Clinicians must list prior work history with North Memorial Health, Maple Grove Hospital, and/or Blaze Health LLC on their resume.

MN DHS Net Study & Fingerprinting is required for all patient-facing positions.

NMH has a strict compliance deadline of 4 pm on the Wednesday before start - there will be no exceptions.
