Patient Ratio: Labor 1/1 (most of the time), Post-partum 1/5-6, Nursery 1/5-6
At least 2 years of labor experience - Required
2+ years of labor experience with a history working in an LDRP with high birth volumes - Preferred
Dress Code: Scrubs - Navy Blue; MIU nurses have pink badges for infant security
Weekend and On-Call: Every 3rd weekend with 12 hours of call per 4-week schedule
