Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Work Week: 40

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Any overtime must be pre-approved.

Coverage: Alameda county - May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address.

Client may consider without Homecare Homebase at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
