Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry, rhythm interpretation (at least basic) cardiac drip titrations (no pressors or sedation)

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Must be ok with working a 24/48 hour schedule.

• Weekend Requirement: Yes, typically every other but depends on needs.

• Holiday Requirement: Yes

• Call or standby requirement: No

Floating Requirements: No, but if skill set allows and RN is agreeable, then we may ask them to float.
