Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 – must be indicated on submission form
Assignment Length: 8-26 weeks – must be indicated on submission form
All contingency requests must be on the submission form
Weekend Hours: As required by facility
Call Requirements: None
Float Requirements: Will float on a rotational basis.
Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Cardiac Tele, inpatient only
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Cardiac Tele

Auto Offer Guidelines:
• Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form
• Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form
• RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end.
• Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment.
Must have 4 trauma credits or must have them completed within the first two weeks from start.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
