Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Emergency Department experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

Additional Details:

Self scheduling - will allow for block scheduling. Manager very accommodating and will work with travelers

Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd - possibly every other

Holiday: Rotating holidays

Floating: No - May have MedSurg holds

Beds/trauma: bays 2 Triage/5 treatment/1 trauma bay (No Trauma Designation yet but resources of a Level III)

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Cardiac patients, not a lot of pediatrics but still be comfortable with that, will have frequent flyers but must remain compassionate
