Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
Required Credentials: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule; Weekends are Fri/Sat for nights & Sat/Sun for days
Holidays: 1 major & 1 minor
Floating Requirements: Floating could happen between the 2 facilities to the ER. If floated prior to shift, would get a 2 hour notice prior start. Midshift floating could happen. The facilities are only 6.5 miles apart.
