Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
CRRN (Preferred)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Eligibility as Previous/Current Employee: If you are working Per Diem at a Kindred facility you need to wait 6 months after your last shift to apply as a traveler. If you are a Full Time Employee with a Kindred facility you need to wait 12 months to apply as a traveler.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Garage (upper level or back two rows of lower level)
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend requirement
Floating Requirements:
- Within units in hospital (5 Units: Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury)
Other Requirements:
- Must Be Able To Start In February And Once In Compliance Push Start Date Will Not Be Approved.
- Mercy Cover Sheet Required.
