Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

10 months of Pediatric Operating Room experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Additional Details:

Willing to consider 12-hour or 10-hour shifts

Weekend Requirement: Occasional 12-hour weekend shifts (days or nights) based on department needs

On Call Requirement: Approximately 5–8 (12-hour day or night) call shifts per 8-week schedule

Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation).

Must be willing to rotate to occasional off shifts to meet unit needs Off-shift options may include 11:00 AM–11:00 PM, 3:00 PM–3:00 AM, or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Weekend day or night shifts required when regular staff are off

Minimum Qualifications Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Required Experience: Previous Operating Room experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility

Pediatric experience required

Ability to scrub and circulate is preferred

No RTO approved within the first two weeks of assignment
