Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Preferred 24 months of Physical Therapy experience.
AS completion required
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Master's Degree
Unit/Facility Details: Hospital Inpatient/Outpatient Approx 70%OP/30% IP
Shift & Scheduling:
- Open to 4x10's.
- Weekends/Holidays: Weekends as needed due to on call & holiday rotation
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: 1 week day & Every other weekend ( 45 minute response time) 800-1000
Floating Requirements: To all Thedacare locations.
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
