Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Trauma Level II Experience - Preferred

Every Other Weekend

RTO requests must be approved by the facility and included with submission

Must have at least 1 year Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department Experience

Special Equipment: Hamilton G5, PB 980, Respironics V60, Optiflow ,Lumis tx ,Cough Assist, Vest, and IPV

Dress Code: Scrubs - Dark Grey

Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

Orientation: 40 Hours

Patient Population: Adults, Geriatrics

ACLS & BLS - ARC may be accepted on case-by-case basis with LVHN approval
