Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Critical Care

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend is every other. Will accept 3x12s.

Floating Requirements:: Must be willing to float MS/Tele, ER (for CC holds)

Special Requests:: RTO required with submission

Required Skills/Experience:: 6Hrs total of Stroke education (we can provide if needed), EKG course completion (we can provide in needed)

Preferred Skills/Experience: : Teaching Hospital Experience, Community Hospital Experience.

Unit Details:: 20 beds

Types of Patients on Unit:: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Required Credentials: : TNCC or TCAR,
