Special Requests: No block scheduling requests will be accepted. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.

Shift & Scheduling: Call Requirements: N/A. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month

Required Credentials: High School Diploma or GED. Must successfully pass an EKG interpretation test.

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults, Geriatrics

Floating Requirements: Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units, including outside of their primary area of competency. If they are floated outside of their primary competency, the team-based model will be used.
