Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
10 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from last 3 months.
BSN completion preferred
References
Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:
Float Psych
Guaranteed hours: 40
Shift: 3p-11:30p (every other weekend/every other holiday)
Must be willing to float and take charge. (No multiplier for charge)
One year of adult and adolescent inpatient psych experience required.
Experience: Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience preferred. Restraint Reduction de-escalation / crisis intervention experience preferred.
