Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Required Skills/Experience: Experience Needed: Acute/transitional care and/or outpatient dry needling, pediatrics, lymphedema, orthopedic, neurologic, pelvic health, hand therapy. -Pelvic and Pediatric Experience required
Unit/Facility Details: Outpatient: 1 PT.
Shift & Scheduling:
- M-F.
