Requirements
Experience
18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Shift & Scheduling: 12D (0600-1830; 0630-1900; 0700-1930) with 6-8 late days per 6-week sch, 1 weekend call per schedule for stress (7-1pm) Emory Decatur and Emory Hillandale
- Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:
- -Candidate will be doing recovery and procedure - Stress unit if needed to float (Heart and Vascular is Pre and Post-op area not Cath lab). HV is a pre and post area for procedural areas which includes Cath lab, EP, EVL, and IR.
- -RN’s will Administer medications, initiate IV/maintain IVF, connects to monitors, obtain vitals, performs assessments and obtaining med/surg history, Stress lab (which includes weekend call), TEE/cardioversions, EKG interpretations, moderate sedation, provide discharge instructions and aftercare
