Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Step Down Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

Guaranteed Hours 36
Could work up to every other weekend
24 bed unit with a Ratio depends on acuity
Patient population: Dysrhythmias, Cardiopulmonary, Sepsis, high flow O2 needs, and behavior patients needing IV drip medications
Throughput is high as expected with all step down units
