Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience with trachs, vents, high-flow NC, Cardiac drips, BiPaP, & telemetry.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Years of Exp preferred: 1-2 years
Unit/Facility Details: Expected Ratios: Intermediate care – 1:3, Medical - 1:6
Floating Requirements: Floating to other units can happen at times, RN’s work on both sides of the floor (med-tele & IMC)
