Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

NRP (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Level II NICU experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Would also prefer candidate have couplet care competency or the willingness to learn basic mom/baby skills to assist in the departments.

Required Credentials: A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card

Types of Patients on Unit:

RN will care for babies in the Level II Nursery and will attend all deliveries and C-sections.

Attending all deliveries

Technology Used on Unit: Meditech for physician orders and GE Centricity for charting

Unit/Facility Details: Level II nursery is 5 bed unit and general nursery is 15 beds, all contained within the same area

Shift & Scheduling: will be a rotation of days and nights

Floating Requirements: Mother/Baby
