Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have acute dialysis experience
Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
Floating Requirements: Must float to different facilities within NTX. If not comfortable with floating traveler can be assigned to 1 facility. Will narrow down to 2-3 hospitals and we will need them to help with on call at those hospitals (in rotation with the other staff, of course). They will be assigned to one hospital as their primary facility and only move to others if volumes drop or we need coverage for a call-in/vacation.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Up to 2 Saturdays per 4 week schedule
- Up to 7 call shifts scheduled in one week out of every 4 week schedule (M-Sa 1800-0600, Sunday 0600 x24hrs)
