Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills/Experience LTC or Rehab experience.

Unit/Facility Details: Applicants who are looking for more than 7 days off, who are seeking more than 50% of holidays off, and/or have negative background or employment history are not eligible for the same processing timeline.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift Notes: M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM. Weekend Requirements: No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then they can make the hours up on the weekend. On Call Requirements: None.
